• 10 euro supplement for double single use
• Free stay for children up to 3 years, 50% reduction up to 8 years when in room with 2 adults.
• 10 euro supplement per night for stays shorter than 2 days.
• We are pet friendly: small dogs are welcome! We kindly ask not to leave them alone in the room and not to disturb other guests. We ask a supplement of 10,00 euro per night.
• Local tourist tax is not included in our prices: (1,50 euro per night for one person for a maximum of 10 nights for guests older than 14 years).
• Check in is from 15.00 to 20.00 on the day of your arrival and check out is within 10.00 am on the day of your departure.
• Prices include an ozone-based sanitisation process of rooms and common spaces.

Terms of booking and payment

Direct reservations are confirmed by a payment of 30% deposit of total cost of your accommodation price by bank transfer.
